International Boiler Works took a flat, elliptical handhole plate on their Boilers. The headers used the same size as the PHH23E, but with a tight curve on the long axis. Curved Plates are available by special order with serial number of boiler or dimensions of the header for reference.
International called the size to be 2 ⅛ x 3 ⅜
