• Material may be returned up to 30 days of receipt of the product by submitting Return Material Authorization number (RMA).  Please click here to initiate the RMA form.
  • Please allow 2-3 days for return processing once submitted.
  • All Material must be in its original packaging and in 100% resalable condition unless deemed defective.
  • Electronic materials and Special-Order items are not returnable. 
  • Returned Items are not eligible for exchange
  • Upon material inspection, credit will be issued, subject to a 25% restocking charge, less all shipping charges. 
  • If the package is non-deliverable and returned to Oswald, the customer will be refunded as if it was a returned and charged the 25% restocking fee and associated shipping fees.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping, return labels are not provided. 
  • New/replacement orders will be processed separately. 
  • H.C. Oswald Supply Co., Inc. is not liable for any labor related costs or shipping.

 

Damaged Orders

  • Inspect all shipments upon delivery, prior to signing. 
  • Refuse delivery of damaged material and notify us promptly. 
  • Customers are responsible for damaged products if a signature is given. 
  • If approval signature is received and product is damaged, please notify us at returns@oswaldsupply.com, or call 212-722-7000, ext. 13. We will file a claim with the carrier. Credit will only be issued if the claim is approved and for the approved amount. 
  • If claim is denied no credit will be issued. 

 

Manufacturer Protocol for Warranty on Factory Defects

  • Fill out RMA request online
  • Send supporting images for your claim to returns@oswaldsupply.com
  • If manufacturer requires inspection, customer will be responsible for return shipping of material (in original packaging)
  • After inspection, if material is found to be covered by warranty under factory defects, customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges and a replacement will be sent out at no cost. Replacement will be sent out the same way it was originally sent on the order. 
  • After inspection, if material shows no signs of a factory defect, customer will be responsible for all charges.
