All Material must be in its original packaging and in 100% resalable condition unless deemed defective.
Electronic materials and Special-Order items are not returnable.
Returned Items are not eligible for exchange
Upon material inspection, credit will be issued, subject to a 25% restocking charge, less all shipping charges.
If the package is non-deliverable and returned to Oswald, the customer will be refunded as if it was a returned and charged the 25% restocking fee and associated shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, return labels are not provided.
New/replacement orders will be processed separately.
H.C. Oswald Supply Co., Inc. is not liable for any labor related costs or shipping.
Damaged Orders
Inspect all shipments upon delivery, prior to signing.
Refuse delivery of damaged material and notify us promptly.
Customers are responsible for damaged products if a signature is given.
If approval signature is received and product is damaged, please notify us atreturns@oswaldsupply.com, or call 212-722-7000, ext. 13. We will file a claim with the carrier. Credit will only be issued if the claim is approved and for the approved amount.
If claim is denied no credit will be issued.
Manufacturer Protocol for Warranty on Factory Defects
If manufacturer requires inspection, customer will be responsible for return shipping of material (in original packaging)
After inspection, if material is found to be covered by warranty under factory defects, customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges and a replacement will be sent out at no cost. Replacement will be sent out the same way it was originally sent on the order.
After inspection, if material shows no signs of a factory defect, customer will be responsible for all charges.
